AVIVA LIFE INSURANCE CO. OF NEW YORK announced that Kevin A. McCabe joined its board.
McCabe is president of The Quarry Group, which provides consulting and advisory services to financial institutions in the retail banking, insurance, investment and consumer credit business.
McCabe spent most of his career at JPMorgan Chase, where he held various executive positions, including chief executive officer of Chase Insurance Products Group, and President of Western Hemisphere Life Insurance Co.
While working for Chase BankCard Services, McCabe's team won the Innovator of the Year Award from Credit Card Management magazine.
McCabe has served on boards including the Financial Institutions Insurance Association, the New York Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Goldman Foundation
He also served on the executive roundtable committee of the American Council of Life Insurers.
