AFTER 15 YEARS with Colonial, where he most recently served as the New York-Pennsylvania-New Jersey Territory Sales Manager, Bill Good has announced his retirement from Colonial. He will shift his focus to AmeriFlex, the company he founded in 1998.
"AmeriFlex is accelerating its expansion at a strong, double-digit pace," Good commented. "It makes compelling sense for me to now concentrate my efforts on my own organization. In my expanded role as National Sales
Director, I will take a hands-on approach to building national broker distribution and establishing key strategic alliances."
Good's long-term strategic plans include further development of AmeriFlex's progressive technology platform and the expansion of AmeriFlex's field force enrollment support mechanisms. He plans to grow overall sales distribution with a continued emphasis on the worksite marketing arena. AmeriFlex's national ad campaign will also be stepped up, and Good is pursuing a growth strategy that also includes TPA acquisitions.
