Aflac is the No. 1 preferred carrier for voluntary insurance among brokers, according to a survey of more than 350 brokers by business intelligence consulting firm Personified. It's a 16 percent increase over last year when Aflac ranked fourth behind UnitedHealthcare, Principal and MetLife.
