For two days in June, HR experts and leaders from around the world will gather to discuss critical issues and find solutions to the challenges faced in the shifting industry.

The Future of HR Summit takes place June 22 and 23 in Brussels, Belgium and will host high-level HR leaders from Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. Summit organizers say attendees oversee daily operation in their companies yet are also thought of as innovators and "thought-leaders" who can develop solutions and strategies to key issues they face as HR leaders.

This summit is no boring lecture, according to Mike Dulworth, CEO of Executive Networks, a peer networking company, and an organizer of the summit. He says that as HR experiences "a tectonic shift on a global scale in this age of high uncertainty and volatility," the summit has been designed "as a unique forum for exploring new thinking – with rich opportunities for prolonged discussion and problem solving among Summit presenters and attendees" he said. In addition to discussions, presentations will be given by thought-leaders on the most important issues and trends.
