In a move that's already outraged those on the right while eliciting little more than shrugs from the left, President Obama will not address the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act in tonight's State of the Union address.

A leaked talking points memo out of the White House Office of Legislative Affairs indicates a huge chunk of the president's fourth annual speech will focus on the economy and jobs and the military withdrawal from Iraq.

Nowhere is there any mention of health care or health reform, which sent Chris Jacobs, a health policy analyst and blogger for the National Center for Policy Analysis, into fits.
