The concept of a wellness program conjures up different thoughts for different people. Is it simply a perk that sounds splashy? Or, can it make a meaningful difference in the lives of employees and, moreover, the company as a whole? You may be surprised.

More American workers recognize the reward derived from participating in workplace wellness programs, according to a recent survey conducted by The Principal.
