The government's $2.2 trillionstimulus package included a relief loan programfor small businesses affected bythe COVID-19 pandemic, and advisors can tap into the $349 billionof available assistance via the Paycheck ProtectionProgram.

The details and applicationprocess are complex, though, according to two tax and financialplanning specialists: Jeffrey Levine, lead"financial planning nerd" for Kitces.com, and director of advancedplanning for Buckingham Wealth Partners; and JamieHopkins, director of retirement research at Carson Group;managing director of Carson Coaching; and finance professor ofPractice at Creighton University's Heider School ofBusiness.
