Happy Birthday, WTGNL fans! Can'tbelieve we have been in circulation for four years now? One of thethings that I'm super excited about is this month is our WonderWoman Mastermind that's starting with women who have been featuredin the past. What a way to celebrate!

I have been meeting so many incredible women recently and amexcited to share them with you. Please welcome Rachel, Kristina andDanielle to our tribe and check out the amazing things they aredoing for our industry.

Rachel Zeman, Benelinx

"I founded my agency a decade agowhen there were few women in similar roles in our industry. Overthe years, we grew significantly and built a reputation of hardwork, honesty and quality service. In 2019, I sold my agency to alarge international firm. I needed a fresh start and a new focus onhelping others.

In March 2020, I launched a new agency management system. I hadbuilt the platform six years prior to help my agency navigate therenewal season. After years of development and testing, I decidedto sell it to the open market. By assisting other agencies instreamlining their processes and becoming more efficient, I alsoindirectly support their clients and the industry as a whole.

I couldn't be happier about my journey and hope to forge a pathfor future women who venture out into the unknown."

"Like so many other people, I have really been bummed out aboutthe state of affairs in our society due to the pandemic, theeconomy, and the racial injustices. After weeks of feelingdiscouraged, depressed, and deeply saddened, I began to see thelight at the beginning of the tunnel. Something switched in me andI began to see that some good must come from this. I collaboratedwith some colleagues and began building a community of women whowant to have conversations around race. I have hosted one meetingso far, but it is the most thrilling thing I have done in a longtime. So excited to be making a difference where I can."

"In January of 2020, I had theopportunity to build the first compliance department at Alera,bringing in four incredibly talented individuals to begincollaborating across time zones. I was put to the test in Marchwhen the COVID-19 crisis began, but we came together to issuedozens of white papers, infographics, and webinars during anincredibly tumultuous time with significant regulatory changes. Ihaven't dealt with anything that fast paced since the ACA waspassed, and it was exhausting but exhilarating. My team and I weresuccessful in making something scary and complex a little biteasier for our colleagues and clients.

I'm also proud of the work I've done our Diversity &Inclusion Committee and Women's Leadership Steering Committee tohelp ensure our industry hears all the diverse and vibrant voiceswithin it, and attracts diverse talent moving forward. We arebetter together!"
