Austin attorney Jeff Meyerson beat the odds when he recently convinced a federal appeal court to rule in favor of his client, who is suing device maker Medtronic.
A court has ruled that a trustee is not allowed to claim a debtor's IRA even if the debtor cashes out their IRA during the bankruptcy.
