She has over 20 years of Organizational Development and Human Resources Strategy experience with global and domestic businesses spanning diverse industries including MetLife, Raytheon and Citizens Financial Group. Her focus over the last 15 years has been working with small to medium sized businesses to successfully develop strategic actions for rapid growth, leadership development and geographic expansion.
Victoria has been a speaker at various industry events, most recently at the 2016 NAMIC Claims Conference.
