Nearly all employees (93%) want their employers to offer financial planning and advisory services, but only one-third (28%) of companies do so. That’s according to new research from Origin, which asked 1,000 U.S. workers about the state of their financial wellness.

This isn’t surprising to see. Between the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Great Resignation, employees are stressed about money — and they’re turning to their employers for support.

So what does this mean for you? It indicates that 2022 will be a big year for financial wellness benefits — and now is the time to start getting ready to support your clients in this area.
