Amidst all the extra shopping, travel and togetherness, I appreciate the quiet moments of introspection that can be stolen during this season.

For too long, “health” has just been about what goes on in the doctor's office, but those visits represent a small fraction of a person's overall health.
Following five years of relatively modest cost growth, more employers are forgoing the short-term savings offered by cost-shifting and turning to strategies addressing care delivery and health management.
