The in-house technology enables customers to view updated, comprehensive electronic benefits statements. This is the first of a full suite of compatible online offerings the company will be launching this spring.
Through username and password, BeneState Prime offers customers more options for storing benefits statements and presenting them to their employees. Customers also have the option to access statements in
paper, electronic or any combination of the two versions, depending on the individual needs of the organization. The variety of options can be another substantial cost savings for the customer. The online version also prevents the inconvenience and cost incurred when statements are lost.
With the online versions, companies can update information more than the typically annual paper process. This will let employees view updated versions of their benefits package at their leisure, without having to go through their Human Resources department.
