PRINCIPAL announced Kurt Shallow has been named vice president of independent distribution. Shallow's responsibilities will include leading wholesale distribution for the life insurance business.
Shallow comes to Principal from Lincoln Financial Distributors where he served as vice president of managing general agencies relationships. He has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, working in underwriting, product development, and brokerage channel and sales support.
