My company was recently named a great place to work by the Great Place to Work organization. As the CEO, I'm both proud and humbled by this designation. It's nice to see us acknowledged and to know that my colleagues feel the way they do. Of course, I'm well aware that we are still a relatively small company and we face many challenges in maintaining that reputation as we grow.

So how do you make your company a great place to work? I get a lot of questions along those lines. While I can't speak specifically to what will work for every company, I can certainly share what I think has worked for us as we've grown from nine employees to 900.
