The PPACA showdown wasn't televised, but the Supreme Court is giving us a glimpse into what happened over three days in the courtroom with audio recordings.
The court usually releases audio recordings of arguments at the end of the week. It chose to alter that practice for the health care case because of the "extraordinary public interest" in the arguments, a court press release said.
The Supreme Court on Wednesday heard the last of three days of oral arguments regarding the constitutionality of Obama's health reform law. The justices said they will make a decision by June, just as the presidential election heats up.
