Despite much that has been written about health savings accounts, employers as well as brokers and advisors still have questions about them. Employees, too, are confused as to what HSAs are and how they work. In fact, according to the Plan Sponsor Council of America, the effort to educate their employees about HSAs is top of mind for employers. But first, employers and their brokers and advisors need to get a feel for what's involved in offering an HSA.
