Health care costs continue to go up, up, up.  The latest numbers from the CMS's National Health Expenditure Accounts pegs spending at $3.8 trillion for 2019–an average of $11,582 per person. As a percentage of our gross domestic product, health care is now at 17.7%. That's a significant chunk of change. But where is all of that money coming from, and how is it being spent?
