The Federal Trade Commission warns a New York Assembly bill that regulates health plan use of mail order pharmacies would would likely raise prescription prices and reduce access to affordable drugs.
New research finds that children with public insurance, such as CHIP, are less likely to get comprehensive, family-centered care than those with private insurance.
A new grassroots organization is asking Congress' Super Committee for a complete repeal and replacement of the Affordable Care Act as the first step toward government spending cuts.
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) recently released a report on Medicare Part D which found that nearly 90 percent of mid-year changes to the plan were formulary enhancements.
