You've got to love election season.

Few things are as entertaining as politicians waxing on about things they know little (or nothing) about. And there's nothing they love more than spouting off about things they think will get voters to the polls – and themselves into office.

Perennial presidential candidate Sen. Joseph Biden just happens to be the latest such would-be expert. The Democratic contender from Delaware unveiled his own health care plan this week while the lame duck still in the Oval Office wonders what to do about SCHIP.
