Benefit Concepts’ paperless Reimbursement Benefits Account Administration service is the latest in a string of efforts to make FSA and HRA reimbursement administration easier. Earlier this month, the company launched a service that allows participants to enter claims online and include a scanned substantiation. The forms are immediately available to both the claims review department and the participant. Once approved, claims are paid either in the form of a check or directly deposited into the participant’s bank accounts.
