MTBC and Computer Credit Inc. have partnered to offer MD-Collect, a collections program, at no charge to clients.
The two companies designed a proprietary account flow to simplify collections management and protect patient-provider relationships, featuring telephone services and standardized professional correspondence.
"We've partnered with MTBC to provide a disciplined collection effort for practice managers that simplifies the payment process and is very easy to use," Beth Barksdale, CEO of Computer Credit Inc. said in a press release. "We're excited about the rollout of a comprehensive collection strategy and the additional payment options available to patients."
