Fox Insurance Company has contracted with the National Association of Insurance Marketers to provide sales support for their new employer and union-sponsored retiree benefits product, employer group waiver plans. Fox will now be able to utilize 200,000 independent representatives to market its products to the growing Medicare population.

"We are excited by the prospect of partnering with NAIM for this exciting new program, and believe that this partnership will be beneficial to both parties," said Anthony Arloro, Senior Vice President of Fox Insurance Company. "Our agreement with NAIM also reflects our business strategy, which is centered around keeping our internal operation focused on the clinical & customer service needs of our beneficiaries, and outsourcing non-product centric services when appropriate. This lucrative alliance is monumental to Fox, because it allows us to focus on our core products while outsourcing our promotional needs."

Under Fox's EGWP program, Medicare Part D providers can contract with an employer or union group directly to oversee group members' retirement benefits on behalf of the Center for Medicare Services. According to a company press release, employers can save up to 35 percent of drug spend under the program, while shifting "administrative, compliance, & financial risk from the employer or union to Fox, with minimal disruption to the membership."
