Health care reform legislation making its way through Congressis likely to have a "modest" impact on consumer-driven health plansand their associated health care accounts, according to a newreport from the Council for Affordable Health Insurance (CAHI).

"Earlier proposals that would have eliminated some of theseoptions (particularly FSAs and HRAs) did not survive thelegislative process," CAHI says.
