The program is geared toward finding companies that are boosting employee satisfaction through comprehensive and well-thought-out benefits programs. Entries will be judged by an independent panel of employee benefits and human resources experts.

Winners will be included in Prudential's nationally distributed annual Best Practices Guide, will receive a donation to the charity of their choice and will be permitted to include the recognition in their marketing materials. No entry fee is required, and companies don't have to be Prudential clients to qualify.
