Chicago-based Hub International Limited announced it willpurchase Strategic Employee Benefits Services of Louisiana, aMetairie, La.-based benefit consulting and service firm. Terms ofthe acquisition agreement were not disclosed. The acquisition isexpected to close in early August and is subject to certain closingconditions.
|Upon the closing of the acquisition, SEBS of Louisiana willbecome part of Hub International Gulf South. Key executives of SEBSof Louisiana will join Hub Gulf South as part of this transactionand lead the employee benefits division of Hub Gulf South.
