Providing health insurance to the average employee will cost a company $10,700 this year, an 8.2 percent increase from 2010.

But the Healthcare Performance Management Institute believes companies can avoid these yearly increases—and plans to show them how in a series of free webcasts beginning July 27.

The webcasts will show both public and private-sector organizations how cloud technology can "trim their health spending by up to 25 percent and improve the health of their workforces," HPM Institute Executive Director George Pantos says.
