Looks like they think hearing is important, too. EyeMed Vision Care's customer call center has earned the "Certified Center of Excellence" designation from BenchmarkPortal for the second year in a row. EyeMed's call center was also ranked 12th among the best call centers in the nation in the Center of Excellence Top 100 for 2010.

EyeMed, one of the nation's leading vision benefits companies and part of Luxottica, earned its rank of No. 12 based on high levels of customer satisfaction and overall operational excellence, BenchmarkPortal says. There are more than 20,000 call centers in the United States.

An audit of EyeMed's call center found they were quick to answer, focused on their callers and were complete to resolution.
