Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. plans to sponsor aRetirement Policy Center. The Center will become a catalyst for newideas and perspectives on retirement and will educate the publicand key constituents on retirement public policyissues.

Marsh & McLennan is a global professional services firmproviding advice in the areas of risk, strategy and human capital.Its Center will be led by M. Michele Burns, who will serve as itsfull-time executive director.

Burns joined Marsh & McLennan Companies in March 2006 asexecutive vice pesident and chief financial officer and has servedas chairman and chief executive officer of Mercer since September2006. Effective immediately, she will assume responsibilityfor the planning and design of the Center, while remainingavailable to assist during transition.
