American United Life Insurance Company, a OneAmerica company, has been named the number one 401(k) provider in five key satisfaction categories according to the Boston Research Group's 2011 Defined Contribution Plan Sponsor Satisfaction and Loyalty Study.

The study is based on a nationwide survey of 1,222 401(k) plan sponsors. Categories in which AUL earned the top overall satisfaction ranking in overall satisfaction with recordkeeper; satisfaction with employee education; satisfaction with relationship manager; satisfaction with plan coordinator; and satisfaction with automated telephone system

Categories in which AUL ranked second or third overall: No. 2 satisfaction with recordkeeping; No. 2 satisfaction with participant statement; No. 2 satisfaction with telephone representatives; No. 3 satisfaction with performance of recordkeeper's investments; and No. 3 satisfaction with participant website.
