ASPPA and Morningstar have announced the names of three finalists running for the yearly 401(k) Advisor Leadership Award, which recognizes significant accomplishments by a financial advisor specializing in the 401(k) market.
This year's finalists are Joshua P. Itzoe, partner and managing director at Greenspring Wealth Management in Towson, Md.; Jim Phillips, president, and Patrick McGinn, vice president, both of Retirement Resources Investment Corp. in Peabody, Mass.; and the entire team at Plan Sponsor Advisors in Chicago, Ill.
The award, sponsored by ASPPA and Morningstar, reflects the complex role that advisors play in serving both plan sponsors and participants, acting as mentors, maintaining high ethical standards and remaining innovative.

One of the three groups of nominees will receive the award during the upcoming ASPPA 401(k) Summit 2012, to be held March 18 in New Orleans, La. More than 80 groups and individuals were nominated for this year's award.
