Kaiser Permanente Colorado announced its 2012 Endura portfolio will be available April 1, with 11 new plans available to individuals and families, and 22 new plans available to small group plans.

"We know consumers and businesses are looking for health care services offering high quality, affordability and convenience. Kaiser Permanente's new individual and family and small group plans offer consumers a wide range of options and coverage levels to fit their budgets," said Keith Evans, vice president, Marketing, Sales and Business Development.

Key features of the individual and family plans:

  • New deductible HMO plans with lower premiums
  • Unlimited primary and specialty plans that can be paired with an HSA
  • Fixed copay for emergency care
  • Immediate generic drug coverage – $15 copay
  • Preventive care at no costs

Features of the small group plans:

  • Expanded copay levels
  • Out-of-network coverage with the new Point of Service plans
  • Fixed copays for emergency care
  • Immediate generic drug coverage – $10 copay
  • Groups with five or more eligible can still mix and match plans
  • Preventive care at no cost
