Cynthia Weidner has joined HighRoads as vice president of consulting and will expand HighRoads' consulting programs nationwide. Mitch Kleiman has joined in the new role of vice president, strategy and corporate development, and will focus on new business development and partnerships.

Weidner brings more than 20 years of client management and benefits consulting experience. She previously served as vice president, Market Development, for Health Dialog. Prior to joining Health Dialog, Weidner was with Mercer, a global human resources consulting firm where she advised large national accounts on all aspects of health and welfare plans. Earlier in her career, she led national account teams at a global health insurance plan and a pharmacy benefit management company. Weidner graduated from Northwestern University with a B.S. in economics and communication studies. She is active on several boards and a frequent speaker on employee benefits for groups such as the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists.

Mitch Kleiman is responsible for HighRoads' strategic direction and driving growth through partnership initiatives. Kleiman was most recently with ADP as vice president of Strategy & Corporate Development, where he led several partnership-driven strategic growth initiatives, including ADP's outsourced benefit administration business. He brings 25 years of experience in driving growth at large, technology-driven companies, including JPMorgan Chase, LexisNexis, and ADP. His experience in the health care and benefits landscape began in consulting at Hewitt Associates. Kleiman holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School Management of Northwestern University.
