Of course everyone knows the big news this week about the Supreme Court upholding Obamacare. I thought about referring to it by the more neutral "Affordable Care Act," but it seems that even the president's own Facebook page now refers to it by the formerly pejorative pseudonym.
I heard about a woman crying when she heard the decision because it meant she could get coverage for her ovarian cancer. I've read about commentators who say this is a slippery slope that will lead to us becoming a Stalinist tyranny where everyone is forced to buy a Prius.
The one thing I haven't heard too much about is how the PPACA will affect ERISA. This is not surprising because, well, it doesn't. Not in a way that will make anyone cry or invoke inflammatory rhetoric.
