The Guardian Insurance & Annuity Company, Inc. appointed Jasonn D. Potter as regional vice president for Retirement Plan Sales. Potter, a wholesaler retirement specialist, will be responsible for developing Guardian Retirement Solutions' sales of funding vehicles to qualified plans in Utah, Colorado, Montana, Northern Nevada and Idaho.

Potter joins Guardian from The Standard where he was a regional pension consultant in Salt Lake City for more than five years. He previously was a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors. Potter is a graduate of University of Oregon with a bachelor's in Business Administration. He has earned his Series 7, 63, 65 and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
