SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — A credit card services company will receive about $1.3 million in job training subsidies from New Mexico for expanding its operations to a call center in Rio Rancho.

The state Economic Development Department announced Monday that Plano, Texas-based Alliance Data Systems Corp. will receive the incentives for 308 jobs.

The company earlier this year acquired the call center, which had been operated by Victoria's Secret, and kept the employees but they needed training in their new roles. Employees previously handled catalog orders from customers of Victoria's Secret.
