WASHINGTON (AP) — Get in line, Medicare and Social Security. Seniors, like just about everyone else, have money on their minds.
Seniors vote at a higher rate than any other age group, so they'll be a deciding factor in the presidential election. Seniors backed the Republican candidate in the last two presidential elections.
President Barack Obama has been pounding Republican Mitt Romney on Medicare and is gaining ground among seniors in Ohio and Florida.
