The U.S. Olympic Committee has signed a deal with Liberty Mutual to become its official insurance sponsor through the 2016 Games.
|Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
|The deal takes effect in January. Liberty Mutual will take a spot previously occupied by Allstate, which has been the insurance sponsor since 2002 but chose not to renew. The insurance sponsorship was valued at between $10 million and $15 million over a four-year period.
