Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn has released another video as part of his new online campaign to get Illinoisans excited about pension reform.

The video released Thursday features a group of elementary school children listening to a pension presentation. The children become increasingly bored before deciding they need a lobbyist to represent them. The video is one of two parts. It's titled "Kids Don't Have Lobbyists."

Quinn says in a statement that children have a lot at stake. He says the state's pension obligations have meant deep cuts in early childhood education, after-school programs and college grants over the last decade.

Quinn launched the pension video series last month with a cartoon orange python named "Squeezy."
