Victor O. Schinnerer & Co. has moved into workers' compensation, targeting small and mid-sized companies.

Its stand-alone coverage, offered through an A-rated carrier, will require a minimum premium of $5,000 and a maximum of $150,000.

It will market the line primarily at companies in the construction, transportation, health care, retail, manufacturing, restaurant and food manufacturing fields, the firm said.
