Health insurance premiums on average could rise by 40 percent under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, a new study claims.

Health insurance premiums on average could rise by 40 percentunder the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, a new studyclaims.

The study by Milliman consulting firm, on behalf of CenterForward, a bipartisan organization, focused on premiums forindividual and group comprehensive medical insurance plans inArizona, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Ohio and Wisconsin.
