Job seekers know that the talent wars are heating up, and they are becoming increasingly stubborn when it comes to making any sacrifices to accept a new job.

Monster revealed this momentum-gathering trend in a survey of 1,100 of its registered U.S. site users. Seven in 10 of those surveyed were actively looking for a new job – no surprise – that’s what Monster’s site is all about. But digging deeper into the responses, Monster confirmed what other surveys have shown: Most jobseekers want a new gig with all the trimmings.
