According to CareerBuilder, nearly 60 percent of HR managers say they've caught an outright lie on a resume. Though the most common lies have to do with embellished skills or responsibilies, there are some real doozies.
Here are some favorite lies HR managers admitted to seeing:
1. Applicant claimed to have been a high school basketball free throw champion. He admitted it was a lie in the interview.
