Evidence is mounting that the battle is heating up for talent among companies on the move. The difficulties employers are encountering in attracting high performers places even more importance on retaining the talent within.

To assist companies in increasing engagement among current staff, and thereby supporting retention of skilled workers, TalentKeepers has, for a decade, surveyed managers on engagement-related matters and published the results in "Workplace America, which, it says, is the largest continuously running survey on engagement to be found anywhere. The most recent survey focused on ways to engage millennials in the workplace.

Now, TalentKeepers reports, it has opened up its online survey portal to gather data for its 11th annual report. The confidential survey comprises 36 questions that, the company says, can be answered in between eight and 12 minutes. TalentKeepers anticipates receiving input from representatives of more than 750 organizations.
