The last few weeks have seen the retirement industry actively add to leadership rosters. Here is a summary of some of the major moves.
Northern Trust Asset Management

Sabrina Bailey has joined Northern Trust Asset Management as global head of defined contribution, a new position.
Bailey brings 15 years of experience to the role, most recently as head of the U.S. defined contribution segment for Mercer Investment Consulting.
Lincoln Financial Group
Lincoln Financial Group's retirement plan services business announced that Javier Obando has been named director of business development on its institutional retirement distribution (IRD) team. Obando is based in Los Angeles and reports to Jason Key, IRD head of business development for Lincoln's retirement plan services business.
Obando was previously regional sales director for Empower (formerly Great-West Retirement Services), where he focused on the government sector. He also spent several years at the company in numerous sales positions including client relationship and business development. He was also a retirement consultant with Benefit Funding Services Group and a regional director at Prudential Retirement.
Prudential Retirement
Snezana Zlatar has joined Prudential Retirement as senior vice president and head of product for total retirement solutions. Zlatar reports to Jamie McInnes, head of total retirement solutions, and will be based in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Her appointment became effective August 24.
Zlatar, who has more than 20 years of experience in product and distribution management, business strategy, business analysis, performance measurement, risk management, and platform and business model innovation, was previously managing director in the global wealth and investment management division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
