Working remotely is increasing in numbers and popularity. A newstudy from Condeco Software, The Modern Workplace 2019: People, places &technology, shows that the U.S. and Australia are essentiallytied (45 percent and 43 percent respectively) for having thesecond-most companies allowing remote work.

“The research clearly shows that businesses are in the processof transforming their workplaces digitally, which enables them totransform the way that they are used physically,” said PaulStatham, CEO of Condeco. “Today's technology allows for space to beused more flexibly and for employees to work remotely. Thisbenefits businesses by maximizing office space, reducing costs andby keeping employees engaged and productive.”
