BrightPlan launched the BrightPlan Financial WellnessCoach. Using AI, it creates a personalized financial plan andprovides ongoing guidance and actionable next steps for employees.The Coach advises on every major aspect of personal finance:spending analysis, goals-based planning, investing, debtmanagement, estate planning, insurance, and financial education. Italso calculates a financial wellness score and suggests stepsemployees can take to increase it. Employees also have access to ateam of financial advisors from Plancorp.

GIS Health Care(GISHC) announced its Employer Hub, based on HealthStyles.Net, and adapted specifically foremployers. It aims to provide convenient, intuitive access to anemployer's investment, insurance, medical and wellness partners. Itbackstops the whole process with extensive support for caregivers,and is designed to offer executive-type support for allemployees.

Zappos.com  and Fender announced the launch of a wellnessbenefit that promotes enhanced work-life balance through musiclearning. It is available to all Zappos employees on an opt-inbasis and includes access to Fender Play, a guided online learningprogram. Fender is also outfitting Zappos' "Jam Room" with Fenderinstruments, amps and accessories. Zappos employees will alsoreceive a discount on select gear and instruments onFender.com.

Coterie Advisory Group announced the launch of a newgroup health insurance plan for the employermarketplace. Fundamental Care is designed to helpsolve the issues surrounding affordability and high-deductibles.Its pricing is targeted to be 70% the cost of traditionalhigh-deductible health plans, with no deductibles.

Fiduciary Benchmarks (FBi) launched the BusinessManagement Dashboard – an open architecture platform whereretirement advisors can bring together all of their data and toolsto structure client and prospect workflows. The first integrationsbeing built are concentrating on investment analytics and RFPproviders. The company's Global Retirement Partners (GRP) rolledout the platform across their advisor group.

Vericredannounced the launch of its HRA Development Kit. It includes Groupand Individual Rating APIs, which provide technology platforms witha means to generate quotes in both markets from health insurancecarriers; Group to Individual Disruption Analysis,which lets brokers and employers examine how shiftingemployees from traditional group plans to individual market planswould impact in-network access to their favored providers; and Shopby Doctor and Shop by Drug, enabling employees to shop forindividual insurance plans based on their preferred doctors andprescription drug requirements.

DirectPath announced that it has integrated GoodRx'spricing data into its transparency member portal. DirectPathmembers can now access prescription cost information, as well ascomparative cost information about medical procedures andtreatments, via a single online platform. Members also have accessto DirectPath advocates, who can discuss the informationpresented.

Limeadelaunched the new expanded Global Well-Being Activity Library, acollection of more than 125 science-backed activities designed toimprove employee well-being in the workplace.  Activitiesaddress physical, emotional, financial and work well-being. Theyare locally translated into 13 languages, customized to a person'sorganizational culture, and globally relevant.The Global Well-BeingActivity Library is available to new and existing Limeadecustomers.

Voya Financialannounced that its retirement business has added a new target-datefund. Designed by flexPATH Strategies, MyCompass Index is nowavailable to all of Voya's retirement plan customers. Voya statesthat MyCompass Index includes the following: multiple participantglide paths; fund name transparency; and fiduciary protection.

Principal announced it is incorporating capabilitiesfrom the Wells Fargo IRT platform into its own proprietaryrecordkeeping platform which will serve Principal and transitioningWells Fargo IRT customers. The enhancements to the Principalplatform are expected to be available in 2020 and coincide with thetransition of Wells Fargo IRT clients to the Principalplatform.

Former Zenefits founder Parker Conrad's new company Rippling announceda new feature in its employee management system. Its all-in-oneintegrated system for payroll, benefits admin and HR will alsoprovide brokers a tool with which to work with existing Ripplingcustomers as well as using Rippling when competing for new businessthrough its new Broker Partner Program.
