He is a graduate of the Terry School of Business at The University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Rion immediately began working in employee benefits with Aetna, a large national health insurance carrier, as a National Accounts Account Manager. As an account manager, Rion provided daily service and advice to employers with 3,000+ employees including Food Lion, Unisource Worldwide and BlueLinx. Rion has been a broker for 11 years and has been recognized as one of the top 20 rising stars in employee benefit advising by EBA magazine. |
