"Colorado Option" to lower health care premiums for nearly 10,000

It's the first state to apply for State Innovation Waivers under Section 1332 of the Affordable Care Act.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has approved the so-called "Colorado Option" – a health coverage plan that will lower premiums and ensure greater access to health care for nearly 10,000 Coloradans.
