Ardel Reyes | Director, Customer Success | Carrot Fertility

Ardel Reyes is a Director of Customer Success at Carrot Fertility, the leading global fertility and family-building platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. In his role, Ardel focuses on the engagement, succession, and growth of Carrot's enterprise customers.

Ardel has more than 25 years of experience working across employee benefits and healthcare. He spent the first several years of his career working in sales and marketing at Aetna before transitioning to employee benefits administration at Businessolver where he managed client success. Prior to joining Carrot, Ardel was the Senior Global Benefits Lead at Shopify, a leading commerce company, where he implemented benefits programs for more than 10,000 employees.

Ardel earned his bachelor's degree from Florida State University. He's now based in Colorado where he enjoys spending time with his family and friends outdoors, from whitewater rafting to pickleball.
